This Privacy Policy explains how Direct Dealer LLC ("Direct Dealer", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Direct Dealer app, this website, and our text message and email notifications (together, the "Service").
We do not sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the delivery of text messages, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile number only to send the account notifications and sign-in codes described in the Text Message (SMS) Terms below, and to contact you about your account. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Listings are shown to approved dealers without the seller's identity. A buyer's first message about a listing does not reveal either dealer. Contact details are shared between two dealers only after the seller replies to the buyer.
We use trusted providers to run the Service, for example for hosting and databases, email delivery, text message delivery, app notifications, identity verification, payments, and automated checks that help keep personal contact details out of messages before they are sent. They may use information only to provide their service to us.
We keep information while your company's account is active and as long as needed afterwards for legal, security and fraud-prevention purposes (for example, to keep banned dealers from returning). We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections and two-step verification for our staff. Every staff action on a dealer's account is logged.
You can update your account information in the app, turn individual notifications on or off in Account → Notifications, reply STOP to stop text messages, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us. Some information may be kept where the law requires it or to prevent fraud.
The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Direct Dealer LLC ("Direct Dealer", "we", "us") for the use of the Direct Dealer app, this website and our notifications (the "Service"). By applying for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your company.
The Service is only for businesses that deal in used medical imaging equipment and that our staff have approved. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company. We may approve or decline any application.
Every dealer agrees to the Direct Dealer Code of Ethics. Sellers must own the equipment they list or deal directly with the end-user owner; brokered or second-hand listings are not allowed. Listings must be accurate, use real photos of the actual equipment and follow the listing rules shown in the app. We may remove listings, issue warnings, suspend or remove dealers who break the rules. Three active warnings result in removal. Dealers may appeal a warning.
Direct Dealer is a marketplace that connects dealers. We are not a party to any sale, do not inspect, own or hold equipment, and do not guarantee any listing, dealer, payment or delivery. Each dealer is responsible for its own deals, regulatory obligations and due diligence.
Access requires a paid subscription after any free trial. Plans, prices and listing limits are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are paid by card. There are no transaction fees.
Program name: Direct Dealer Alerts.
What you will receive: automated account notifications from Direct Dealer, for example: a buyer sent a message about your listing, a reply deadline is coming up, you have been connected with a buyer or seller, a listing matching your Wanted request was posted, your listing is live or about to expire, and sign-in or phone verification codes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in: when you verify your mobile number in the Direct Dealer app, you can tick a box agreeing to receive Direct Dealer text alerts. Sign-in and verification codes are sent only when you request them. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service or of any purchase; you can receive the same notifications in the app and by email instead.
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Alerts are sent between 8 AM and 8 PM in your local time; codes you request are sent right away.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent. You can also turn text alerts off in the app under Account → Notifications. To opt back in, reply START or turn text alerts back on in the app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You keep ownership of the listings, photos and messages you submit, and you give us permission to host, display and process them to run the Service. You are responsible for having the right to post them.
Do not misrepresent equipment or your company, share another dealer's information outside the Service, try to get around the Service's privacy protections, copy or scrape the marketplace, or use the Service for anything unlawful.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Direct Dealer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from dealings between dealers, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these Terms or the Code of Ethics.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
